Abstract

Batu Village, Pitumpanua District is the largest producer of clove oil in Wajo Regency. Clove oil is the distillation of dried clove flower powder; clove bud stalks and dried clove leaves. Clove oil demand in the market is increasing, this is due to high local market and clove oil export markets. Lack of knowledge, skills, business capital, production innovation and high production costs are the main obstacles in the clove oil refining business. The solutions offered in this service are in the form of counseling, training, repair of production equipment, structuring of the distillation system and improvement of the distillation system. The method used is socialization, training, assistance, coaching and monitoring of the production process, governance, marketing, capital and human resource skills. The target and output in this service is to increase the income of clove oil refining business actors by increasing the quality and quantity of clove oil products.
