Abstract:
This study will examine the effect of adding strapping bands to the
compressive strength and tensile strength of concrete by using concrete
gradation of concrete. The addition of strapping band will be done with 3
additional variations such as 0.5%, 1.0% and 1.5% of heavy cement.
Fresh concrete test was performed with deterioration test and then
performed for concrete treatment for 28 days and concrete strength test.
The results of this study are: (1.) Strength value Press gradation of
concrete gap on the addition of strapping-band 0.5% increase. 2.3% such
as from 23.52 MPa to 24.04 MPa of normal concrete. When the addition of
a 1.0% strapping band increased 10.07% as from 23.52 MPa to 26.04
MPa while in addition the strapping-band 1.5% decreased -2.9% as from
23.52 MPa to 20.48 MPa. (2.) Increased strength Press concrete slit
gradation optimal with the addition of strapping band on 1% fiber variation
because it can increase the power of Press equal to 26,04 MPa. : (4.)
Strength value Drag the concrete gradation of concrete at the addition of
strapping-band 0.5% increase. 6.45% such as from 1.46 MPa to 1.56 MPa
of normal concrete. When the addition of 1.0% strapping band increased
74.19% as from 1.46 MPa to 2.55 MPa while in addition of strapping band
1.5% increased by 35.45% as from 1.46% MPa to 1, 98% MPa. (4.)
Increased strength Press concrete slit gradation most optimal with the
addition of strapping band on 1.0% fiber variations because it can increase
the pull strength of 2,55 MPa
