Abstract:
This research used qualitative approach with descriptive type.
Informant of this research was Vice regent of Liukang Tangaya, Chief and
staff of Educational Unit of Liukang Tangaya district, Unit Task of
Educational Unit, School in primary l, in sub district Liukang Tangaya, and
also society. Data was taken by depth interview, observation and
documentation as long as one month in field. Analysis data used
descriptive qualitative.
The result of research showed that : (1) effort of district government
role to push children drop out of school rate in Liukang Tangaya district
which were to legalized wisdom in educational side, education financial
aim, giving scholarship to poor society, poor student aim programme
(BSM), and socialize to society; (2) based on case that have been found
by researcher, caused factor of drop out children of school was lack of
children interest to school, family condition that was unhappy, weak of
family economy, the condition of the child's environment, people's views
on education
