The purpose of this research is to see how far the style of autocratic,
democratic, and laissez faire leadership influence to job satisfaction of employees
and to know which influence of leadership style that most dominant influence to
job satisfaction at CV Surya Jaya Sakti Makassar.
The object of research is CV Surya Jaya Sakti Makassar. The sample uses
purposive sampling method by directly selecting all employees as many as 30
people. Data collection methods used were questionnaires, interviews, and
documentation. Data were analyzed by multiple linear regression, correlation
coefficient and coefficient of determination, with help of SPSS 16.0 for windows
software.
The results showed that partial test (t test) between autocratic leadership
style variable with employee job satisfaction variable showed t value of 2,004
<1,697 with real level of 0,05, hence this mean that autocratic leadership style
have positive and significant influence to job satisfaction Employee so the
hypothesis is accepted. While the results of partial test (t test) between the
variables of democratic leadership style with employee job satisfaction variables
showed a greater t value of 7.291 <1.697 with a real level of 0.05, then this means
that the style of democratic leadership has a positive and significant impact on
Employee job satisfaction so that the hypothesis is accepted, and the result of
partial test (t test) between laissez faire leadership style variable with employee
satisfaction variable shows bigger t value is 6,225 <1,697 with real level 0,05,
hence this means that laissez leadership style Faire have a positive and significant
effect on employee job satisfaction so that hypothesis accepted |
