PENGARUH KECERDASAN SPIRITUAL TERHADAP MOTIVASI KERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT. ADVANTAGE SCM. CABANG MAKASSAR

Abstract

The pupose of research to know and analyze spiritual intelligence influence in optimizing the function of human resources to achieve the goals set by PT Advantage SCM Makassar Branch. The research object is PT Advantage SCM Makassar Branch. The analysis tool used is Model Quantitative Analysis and Multiple Linear Analysis Model. The result showed that to optimize the human resources function in this case increase his motivation, the management company should conduct training related to an increase in spiritual intelligence employees. The company management is also expected to pay attention to things that can make the spirit of decreased employee motivation that interfere with the function of each division or unit
