This study aims to determine the effect on career development models on job
performance. The indicator is measured using descriptive analysis and multiple linear
regression analysis. In this study, the data used is the number of employees of Hotel
Horison Makassar in hardcopy form obtained directly from HR Hotel Horison Makassar.
The results based on the analysis and discussion, it can be concluded that the
simultaneous (Test F) indicates that the variable model of career development including
the model of individual and organizational models have significant influence positively
together - similar to variable employee performance with sig f < 5% is equal to 0.000 Of
all the indicators of career development model (model individual and organizational
models), an indicator of individual models have a positive influence on employee
performance achievement. This is shown in a positive regression coefficient of 0.074. The
model of the organization have a negative influence. This is shown in a negative
regression coefficient of -0, 575. |
