Abstract:
Dewi Purnama 2016. Undergraduate Thesis.The effect of human resource
development on the productivity of employees at Bosowa Berlian Motor Inc Makassar.
(guided by Miah Said as consultant I and Seri Suriani as consultant II). This study aimed
to analyze the influence of the development of human resources through education and
training as well as to analyze the dominant variable affecting human resource
development that consists of education and training on the productivity of employees at
Bosowa Berlian Motor Inc Makassar.
For this purpose it is used to apply the methods of descriptive analysis, regression
analysis, validity and reliability testing as well as hypothesis testing. The results of the
analysis showed that the regression coefficient on the development of human resources
consisting of: education and training of the obtained results that the education and
training significantly influence employee productivity improvement at Bosowa Berlian
Motor Inc Makassar. This means that the education of every employee and the training is
followed by every employee was able to improve employee productivity. Furthermore it
can be concluded that the variable development of Human Resources of the most
dominant influence on the productivity of employees at Bosowa Berlian Motor Inc in
Makassar is training, this is because it has the largest regression coefficient 0.453
compared with 0.354 for the education variable.
