Abstract:
This research was conducted to find out: is the implementation of Mobile
Banking services by the State Savings Bank carried out in accordance with
applicable regulations and the obstacles that affect the effectiveness of the
implementation of Mobile Banking services by the State Savings Bank in
Makassar City
The type of research is empirical juridical or literature law research. The
types of data used are primary data and secondary data. Data collection
techniques carried out are; interviews with respondents, namely the bank and
bank customers from bank BTN and literature studies, namely data collection
techniques by reading, recording, studying, and reviewing books, literature, notes
and laws and regulations
Based on the results of this thesis research, it can be interpreted that: 1) In
the event that the implementation of digital banking services carried out by the
State Savings Bank is in accordance with what is stated in the Financial Services
Authority Regulation No.12/POJK.03/2018 concerning the Implementation of
Digital Banking Services by Commercial Banks, the regulation explains that
banks can provide electronic banking services or digital banking services must
implement risk management, prudential principles, and comply with the
provisions in the Financial Services Authority Regulation. 2) Obstacles that affect
the effectiveness of the implementation of Mobile Banking services are the
problem of lack of knowledge of technology and provider networks that are not
optimal in mobile banking transactions.
