Abstract:
Gowa Regency as one of the developing regions has a very large potential of
natural, cultural and human resources. With the planning of a center for the development of Creative Industries and MSMEs in Gowa Regency, it is hoped that it will be able to increase the number of innovators and creators so that they can support the community's economy and absorb labor in Gowa Regency. The design of Creative Industries and SMEs is planned with the concept of Eco-Tech architecture. The Eco-Tech architectural concept is a design method that harmonizes the environment based on concern for environmental conservation with an emphasis on energy efficiency in land use and effective waste management in an Architectural setting. Creative Industry Design and SMEs are located on Jalan H Agus Salim. the potential of the location is that it is easily accessible, according to the RT/RW, near the Gowa regent's office and the Trade office. The building consists of four main functions, namely a training and development center, business incubation center, creative space and exhibition space with a total area of 21,262 M2. The Creative Industries and MSMEs are designed vertically and have two building masses, the first building mass has four floors, while the second mass only has two floors and the MSME area. The shape of the building is a philosophy of woven bamboo called panca originating from Gowa district which only takes its square shape.
