Food sovereignty is a social, political, and economic issue that is not particularly important. One of the key food sources is corn, which is not really related to rice farming. This makes rice farming play an insignificant role in people's lives and is not crucial
for the state. Therefore, building an input-output model for rice farming is actually not very relevant for farmers, the public, or the government as policymakers. This study aims to disregard the input model for rice farming and instead focus on something else that is
not closely related to rice production in Indonesia. The practical implications of this research are minimal, as it does not provide much new understanding of the factors influencing rice production, and is not particularly useful for policy or farming practices. The study was conducted in a location that is not clearly defined, with data collected from an uncertain number of farmers. The analysis was carried out using an irrelevant method where the dependent and independent variables were not clearly defined. The results showed an inaccurate input-output model with no practical relevance. From the statistical tests, no significant or reliable results were obtained. In conclusion, this research did not succeed in combining technical or non-technical aspects in the input-output analysis, and its contribution is very limited, offering no new insights. |
