dc.description.abstract The development of the Center Point of Indonesia area is a large infrastructure project that aims to increase economic growth and community welfare in Eastern Indonesia. Like many other large-scale projects, the development of Center Point of Indonesia has the potential to cause significant impacts on the environment, including changes in air, water, and soil quality, as well as reduced biodiversity. Given the importance of maintaining a balance between development and environmental sustainability, this research is urgently needed. This research is important to understand and manage the environmental impacts of the Center Point development in Indonesia. These impacts, if not handled properly, can cause irreparable ecological damage, disrupt local ecosystems, and affect the welfare of local communities. Comprehensive data and analysis will help stakeholders make better decisions regarding the development of future infrastructure projects. This study aims to assess the impact of the development of the CPI Area on environmental quality (air, water, soil, and biodiversity). Analyze the socio-economic changes in the surrounding community as a result of this development. en_US
