dc.description.abstract |
The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of Financial Literacy, Use of Financial Technology, and Financial Behavior as intervening variable on the financial satisfaction of millennials who work as civil servants at the Human Resources Development Agency of the Ministry of Home Affairs. The data analysis method uses descriptive statistical analysis, and inferential testing with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using the SmartPLS tool. The research results showed that: (1) Financial Literacy, Use of Financial Technology, and Financial Behavior have a positive and significant
effect on the financial satisfaction of millennial civil servants, (2) Financial Literacy and the Use of Financial Technology have a positive and significant effect on the financial behavior of millennial civil servants, and (3) Financial behavior has a positive and significant effect in mediating both financial literacy and the use of financial technology on the financial satisfaction of millennial civil servants at The Human Resources Development Agency of the Ministry of Home Affairs. In conclusion, this research highlights the importance of financial literacy, use of financial technology, and financial behavior to improve the financial satisfaction of millennial civil servants. |
