Abstract:
Management of industrial-port areas and spatial connectivity as a trigger for sustainable
regional development. An integrated growth model for industrial-port areas for sustainable
regional development. This research aims to analyze the relationship between industrial zones, spatial connectivity, and integrated ports on regional development in realizing sustainable development, as well as the growth model of industrial areas based on integrated ports for sustainable regional development in Sorong Regency. This research uses a quantitative approach with the structural equation modeling (SEM-PLS) method. Data were collected through observation, documentation, and survey. This research highlights the crucial role of integrated industrial zones and ports in driving regional development and sustainable growth, emphasizing the importance of effective management, government policies, and infrastructure development, while also considering social and environmental factors for inclusive and sustainable development. Research as a reference in designing policies for planning and managing integrated port areas in sustainable regional development.
