Efforts to support the implementation of education is to develop
educational programs, therefore to support the smooth running of educational
programs it is necessary to have better management of education. Because with
the management of education management it will have a significant effect on the
teaching and learning process in schools.
The purpose of the study was to determine the application of management
functions related to the planning function, organizing function, leadership
function and supervisory function. The research was carried out for 2 months at
the Pembina State Kindergarten in Malili District with a descriptive qualitative
approach.
The results of the study explain that 1. the planning function has a very
important role. Because the planning function really determines the direction and
goals of the school in improving the performance of educators in learning 2. The
organizing function greatly determines the performance of teachers at the
Pembina State Kindergarten, Malili District. Because organizing plays a role in
learning activities, especially in compiling a scheme of activity stages (flow of
learning activities). 3. The leadership function has a very important role. Because
the teacher is a leader when he is carrying out learning in his class. and 4. The
supervisory function plays an important role in improving teacher performance.
Because, supervision is an activity carried out by teachers to measure learning
success, through assessment of the learning process, assessment of learning
outcomes and follow-up programs. |
