Abstract:
The purpose of the study was to determine and analyze the influence of the
dimensions of achievement motivation on employee performance at the Education
Office of South Sulawesi Province. This research is a quantitative research with a
descriptive approach. The population in this study are employees who have worked
at the Education Office of South Sulawesi Province. The total sample is 124
respondents. In this study, the questionnaires were distributed directly by the
respondents so that the research results could be accurate and precise. Hypothesis
testing using multiple linear analysis and descriptive analysis with the help of SPSS
2022 software.
The results of the study indicate that the responsibility variable has a t-count
value of 2.119, which is greater than t-table 1.979 (2.119 > 1.979) with a
probability that has a significant level of 0.036 which is smaller than the significant
level of 0.05, so the first hypothesis is accepted. While the Creative and Innovative
variables have a t-count value of 3.085 which is greater than the t-table of 1.979
(3.085 > 1.979) with a probability that has a significant level of 0.003 which is
smaller than the significant level of 0.05, then the second hypothesis is accepted.
And the variable of desire to be the best has a t-count value of 2.814 which is greater
than t-table 1.979 (2.814 > 1.799) with a probability that has a significant level of
0.006 which is smaller than a significant level of 0.05, so the third hypothesis is
accepted.
