PENGARUH HARGA EMAS, DIVIDEN, DAN CASHFLOW TERHADAP KETERTARIKAN NASABAH DI PT KONTAKPERKASA FUTURES CABANG MAKASSAR

Abstract

This study has the purpose and benefits of knowing the price of gold (X1), dividends (X2), and Cashflow (X3) affect customer interest in investing in commodity gold at PT. KontakPerkasa Futures Makassar Branch. This research was conducted at the Bosowa Tower, 9th Floor ( at PT KontakPerkasa Futures Makassar Branch) having its address at Jl. Jendral Sudirman No.5, Makassar by taking 30 respondents. This study uses quantitative research methods with data collection techniques through questionnaires and observations. Based on the results of data analysis conducted, simultaneously the three variables have a significant effect on customer interest. And partially each variable has no significant and negative effect on customer interest.
