Abstract:
The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of knowledge,
trains, abilities, experiences, attitudes, wisdom, creativity, and commitment to
organizational performance in PDAM Makassar City.
The type of research used is quantitative. The data was obtained through
observation, documentation and questionnaires that were distributed to 45
respondents, namely employees of PDAM Makassar City. The results of this study
show that knowledge, skills, abilities, experiences, attitudes, wisdom, creativity,
and commitment affect organizational performance at PDAM Makassar City with
a coefficient of determination of 80% meaning that the entirety of the free
variables have a strong relationship together.
