dc.description.abstract | This study aims to study, analyze and interpret; 1) The effect of work discipline on performance; 2) The influence of morale on performance; 3) The simultaneous effect of work discipline and morale on performance. This research is descriptive quantitative using a quantitative approach. The sample in this study amounted to 63 people. Methods of data collection were carried out by distributing questionnaires, interviews and literature study. This research was analyzed with the help of SPSS 25 software. The results of this study state that: 1). Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on performance; 2). Morale has a positive and significant effect on performance; 3) Work discipline and morale together (simultaneously) affect the performance of the social service employees of South Sulawesi Province. | en_US |
