The objective of this study was to determine and analyze the The Influence of
Human Resource Development on the Performance of the Civil Servant (ASN) at the
mangarbombang sub-district office, Takalar district and to determine the level of
education and training that has been attended by the Civil Servant (ASN) at the office of
Mangarabombang District, Takalar Regency.
The research object is the Civil Servant (ASN) at the Mangarabombang. The
analytical tools used are Descriptive Analysis, Quantitative Analysis and Multiple Linear
Regression Analysis.
The results showed that human resource development has a positive and
significant essect on the performance of the Civil Servant (ASN) at the Mangarabombang
District Office, Takalar Regency. Mangarabombang, Takalar district. Should develop
human resources through training and education programs in order to improve skills and
increase general knowledge for state civil servants (ASN). |
