dc.description.abstract	The purpose of study was to analyze the effect of behavioral accounting learning and labor market considerations on the decision to choose an accountant career for students of the accounting study program at the University of Bosowa. The object of the research is the students of the University of Bosowa. The analitycal toolsused are multiple linear regression techniques and questionnaire datacollection. The results show that behavioral accounting learning and labor market considerations have a significant and positive effect on accountant career, so that many students are interested in taking behavioral accounting courses in order to gain broad knowledge about how to deal with the world of work in the future	en_US
