Abstract:
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of good corporate governance
(Transparency, Accountability, Responsibility, Independence, fairness) on stock prices and to
find out which variables among good corporate governance (Transparency, Accountability,
Responsibility, Independence, fairness) have a dominant influence on stock prices PT.
Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur tbk.
The object of the research is PT. Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur tbk. The data used are
primary data with the number of respondents 42, using descriptive analysis method and
multiple linear regression analysis model.
The results of the study based on statistical calculations using SPSS 21 shows that
transparency affects the share price received, because the sig number is 0.018 <0.05.
accountability affects stock prices rejected, because the sig number is 0.313> 0.05.
Responsibility affects the share price is rejected, because the number sig 0.294> 0.05.
Independency affects the rejected stock price, because the sig number is 0.371> 0.05.
fairness affects the rejected stock price, because the sig number is 0.329> 0.05. And based on
the t test shows that the transparency variable has a dominant influence on stock prices.
