dc.description.abstract |
The purpose of this study was to analyze the development of human
resources and work environment on employee performance at the office of the
directors of PT. Nusantara XIV (Persero) Makassar Plantation. The object of this
research is the employees at PT. Nusantara XIV (Persero) Makassar Plantation
with a total of 52 people. The analytical method used in this research is multiple
linear regression analysis, validity test, reliability test, and hypothesis testing.
The results of this study are that the variable X1 has no effect on employee
performance because the significant value is greater than the significant value of
0.05 while the X2 variable has an effect because the value is significantly smaller
and in the F test the second variable X has an effect on employee performance. |
