Abstract:
The study aims to determine how the influence of financial and non-financial to the
performace of employees at Training Center UIN Alauddin Makassar area.
The research model used in this study that the method of observation, interviews,
questionnaires, and literature study carried out systematically by objective research.
The population and samples in this study were 32 employees of Training Center UIN
Alauddin Makassar using the method of saturated samples. The method of analysis used
the F test ( in unision), the test T (Partial), analysis of the coefficient of determination
(R2), and multiple linear regression analysis.
From the result showed that financial compensation has a positive and significant impact
on the performance of employee while non-financial compensation have a positive effect
and no significant effect on employee performance. It makes financial compensation is
the most dominant variable affecting to performance of employee at Training Center UIN
Alauddin Makassar.
