Abstract

The Influenceof supervision dimension on the performance of civil apparatus of state the mother and child pertiwi hospital in province of south Sulawesi. (Supervised by Muhlis Ruslan and Hj Herminawaty Abubakar) The problem of this research is how the influence of accuracy to the province of south Sulawesi. How skills influence on performance of civil apparatus of state at Mother and child Pertiwi Hospital in province of south Sulawesi. How the effect of effectictiveness on performance of civil apparatus of state at Mother and child Pertiwi Hospital in province of south Sulawesi. the purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of accuracy on performance of civil apparatus state at Mother and child Pertiwi Hospital in province of south Sulawesi. To analyze the influence of skills on performance of civil apparatus state at Mother and child Pertiwi Hospital in province of south Sulawesi. To analyze the effect of effectiveness on performance of civil apparatus state at Mother and child Pertiwi Hospital in province of south Sulawesi. From the t test says that accuracy variable has result of tcount 2,815 with value of sig 0,007 less than 0,05 so that second hypothesis is accepted that vattery skill influence to performance of statcivil apparatus at hospital mother and child in province of south Sulawesi”. From t test said that skill variable has result tcount 3,574 with value sig 0,001 smaller 0,05 so that the third hypothesis is acceptable that effectivity influences to performance of civil apparatus of state at mother and child hospital in province of south Sulawesi. From the t test says that the effectiviness variable has tcount of 4.445 with the value of sig 0.000 less than 0.05 so the fourth hypothesis is acceptable
