Pengaruh Prinsif Good Corporate Governance Terhadap Harga Saham Pada PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk.Mks

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of good corporate governance (Transparency, Accountability, Responsibility, Independence, fairness) on stock prices and to find out which variables among good corporate governance (Transparency, Accountability, Responsibility, Independence, fairness) have a dominant influence on stock prices PT Indofood Sukses Makmur tbk. The object of the research is PT Indofood Sukses Makmur tbk. The data used are primary data with the number of respondents 42, using descriptive analysis method and multiple linear regression analysis model. The results of the study based on statistical calculations using SPSS 21 shows that transparency affects the share price received, because the sig number is 0.018 <0.05. accountability affects stock prices received, because the sig number is 0.013 < 0.05. Responsibility affects the share price is received because the number sig 0.029 < 0.05. Independency affects the received stock price, because the sig number is 0.037 < 0.05. fairness affects the received stock price, because the sig number is 0.032 < 0.05. And based on the t test shows that the transparency variable has a dominant influence on stock prices
