Analisis Bentuk-Bentuk Pelanggaran Perjanjian Minsk Dalam Konflik Rusia-Ukraina

Abstract

The conflict between Russia and Ukraine that began to heat up since 2013 ago has not found a bright spot until now. Peaceful efforts have been made to de-escalate the conflict, one of them by the enactment of an agreement agreed upon by all parties involved known as the Minsk agreement but the conflict is still inevitable. The research on this thesis aims to know: How are the forms of violation of the Minsk agreement in the Russian-Ukrainian conflict and the causes of the violation occurred. The method used in this research is qualitative dekskriptif method. In this research data collection techniques used by the author is the study of librarians where the authors retrieve information through the source of literature related to the object of research, and the authors conducted interviews with activists and observers of research objects. The data analysis technique used qualitative data from interviews and library sources. The findings of this research are that the Minsk agreement which was originally an attempt to reduce the Russian-Ukrainian conflict did not have a significant impact considering the rampant violations committed by the parties involved in it. These violations subsequently resulted from an unbalanced design agreement as well as a conflict of interest to be achieved on both sides and supported by external pressures posing a threat and a distrust between the two.
