Abstract:
The transformation of the organization is always preceded by a need that is related to business demands. The transformation of an organization needs to be designed, engineered and managed by the company. Business process reengineering connects all processes and management functions in order to deliver products and services to customers. This study aims to analyze the organizational transformation model through business process reengineering strategy to improve company performance. This research is a survey research to give a detailed description of organizational transformation in creating competitive advantage. This research was conducted on the travel business (tour
and travel) in South Sulawesi Province. Data analysis technique used is literature research. The results of this study indicate that the organizational transformation model on a travel business through business process reengineering strategy can improve company performance.
