Abstract:
This study purpose to determine the Effects of Leadership Effectiveness Against
Employees Work on Education and Training Personnel Board District Luwu .
Aspects studied broadly covers two things, namely leadership and employee
effectiveness. Indicators used for leadership is motivation, work discipline,
communication and decision-making, while the indicator for the effectiveness of
employee is Loyalty Work, Timeliness, Creativity Work and Job Performance. The
method used the causal associative search for a causal relationship, the data
collection techniques by means of questionnaires, and observation, and is also
supported by a number of books, scientific papers, and records dealing with the
problems ditelit, type of data analysis used are quantitative, and data analysis
technique used is the product moment correlation analysis technique and to
determine the percent level of influence on the effectiveness of leadership and
employee then used to determine significant t-test formula. The data is taken and
obtained from 25 respondents conducted through questionnaires. ,These results
indicate that there is a positive and significant relationship between the
leadership of the effectiveness of employee and do exist in the strong category,
Based on the results of field research for a significant test of 0.05% with 25
respondents in the test then the two parties and the t-table 2.069, and it turns
10.424 t greater than t table 2.069 (10.424 ≥ 2.069) then Ho is rejected it means
there is a significant relationship between leadership and employee effectiveness
