Essay.Analysis of Management of Guarantee Fund
and Claims On Bpjs Ketenagakerjaan KCP Mamasa Reviewed From The Perspective
of Financial Management was supervised by Dr. Haeruddin Saleh, SE., M.Si and Dr.
Seri Suriani, SE., M.Si.
The purpose of this research is to analyze the system of managing guarantee and
payment funds at BPJS Ketenagakerjaan KCP Mamasa and analyze the relationship
with financial management.
The object of the study is BPJS Ketenagakerjaan KCP Mamasa.The data used in this
study is from the results of interviews and based on data from BPJS Ketenagakerjaan
KCP Mamasa
The results of this study show that the BPJS KCP Mamasa guarantee fund
management system does not manage its own guarantee funds, its duties are: 1)
Collection; 2) Depositing; 3) Payment of claims.The profits obtained from the
investment will be given to participants in the form of development funds and some
will be invested again.
