ANALISIS KINERJA KEUANGAN PT UNITED TRACTORS, Tbk

Abstract

The research objective isTo analyze the financial performance of PT United Tractors Tbk based Earning Per Share (EPS), Price Earning Ratio (PER), Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR), and YIELD years 2014-2018 and to analyze the financial performance of PT United Tractors Tbk based Z-score years 2014-2018. The object of research is PT United Tractors Tbk. The analytical tool used is the ratio of market assessment and multivariate discriminant analysis. The results showed that increased EPS in 2014, 2016 and 2017 compared to the prior year due to increased income. While the 2015 profit decreased resulting in EPS also declined. PER decline in 2014 caused by the decline in stock prices, and in 2015 PER has increased significantly. In 2016 and 2017 PER 2014dikarenakan years back, better than stock prices and the value of EPS increases.DPRPT United Tractors Tbk decreased in 2014, 2016 and 2017 when compared to the previous year. This decline is not indicating the that PT United Tractors Tbk has a poor performance in delivering dividendsto shareholders, but PT United Tractors Tbk store profits in the form of retained earnings. PT United Tractors profit in 2014, 2016 and 2017 have increased. Sedangkan based multivariate calculation descriminant analysisi, in the year 2013 to 2017 PT United Tractors Tbk enter the healthy category with a Z-Score above 3.00.
