Abstract:
This research was conducted
in Tetebatu Village, Pallangga District, Gowa Regency, South Sulawesi, from June 20th
until July 25th, 2023. This research aims to find out and learn how to apply NFT
hydroponics to Pakcoy cultivation. The purpose of this research is to gain experiences,
skills, and knowledge that can be applied to the application of NFT hydroponics in the
cultivation of Pakcoy plants. This study used two methods: the first was making direct
observations in the field of Pakcoy cultivation techniques in the NFT hydroponic system,
and the second was conducting interviews, which are always conducted with field
assistants. The results showed that the cultivation of pakcoy plants in the NFT hydroponic
system is very useful and effective because the use of the NFT system can facilitate the
control of plant root areas. Therefore, the provision of nutrition will determine whether or
not Pakcoy's growth is good. Providing nutrients in the right amount and concentration will
increase the growth of Pakcoy
