Abstract:
The household culinary industry plays an important role in sustaining the household economy in Panca Rijang District,
Sidrap Regency. The home culinary industry produces a variety of traditional food products typical of Sidrap district
which has been known for a long time and is made from local ingredients. The problems faced by the culinary industry of
the household are traditional business governance, unplanned production, low human resource capacity, lack of
technological touch and small market share. Solutions to overcome problems by providing assistance, guidance, training
and introducing modern technology in business governance, production processes, marketing, human resources. The
method used in solving problems in the form of problem based discussion, entrepreneurship capacity building,
technology transfer, monitoring and control. The results obtained from this activity are a change of mindset, an increase
in the quality and quantity of production, an expansion of market share, an increase in human resource capabilities, and
an increase in household culinary industry income.
