dc.description.abstract The aim of this research is to examine the influence of spiritual, intellectual and emotional intelligence on job satisfaction and performance in high school educators in Bengkong and Batu Ampar districts, using a quantitative approach with a causality descriptive design. The research population consisted of 116 Bengkong and Batu Ampar high school teachers, and the technique used was total sampling. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires and documentation, while data analysis used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Square (PLS). Research findings reveal that the combined independent variables of spiritual intelligence, intellectual intelligence, and emotional intelligence have a large and beneficial influence on teacher job satisfaction through teacher performance. en_US
