Abstract:
This article is intended to help businesses understand how to improve the resto
improve the competitiveness and viability of the restaurant industry. Highlighted
factor is organizational citizenship behavior that includes kesetujuan, altruism,
kindness, sportsmanship, civic virtue, and behavior in the role. Literature authors
examined the factors that influence this behavior. The author also explains how
distributive justice, procedural justice, and interactional justice can be effectively
used to improve the organizational citizenship behavior. The authors conclude
