Abstract:
This study analyzes the influence of commitment and organizational
culture on employee performance at PDAM Makassar City. Employee
performance is an interesting issue to raise, because it will affect the company's
overall performance. The study population was the employees at the Makassar
City PDAM office. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of
organizational commitment and culture on performance. The sampling technique
used is the Slovin method. The data analysis technique used multiple linear
regression. The results showed that organizational commitment and culture had
an effect on performance.
