dc.description.abstract This study aims to analyze the procurement (recruitment) of human resources on employee performance, identify and analyze human resource development on employee performance, and analyze compensation for employee performance. This study uses quantitative methods using multiple linear regression. The total population is 79 employees and the sample is 66 employees. The results of this study indicate that: recruitment has a positive and significant effect on performance with a significant value (X1) 0.002 <0.05, development has a positive and significant effect on performance with a significant value (X2) 0.001 <0, 05, and Compensation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of a significant value (X3) 0.775> 0, 05. The development variable has a significant value of 3.515, more dominant together (simultaneously) affect the performance of the Makassar Center for Health Training (BBPK). en_US
