Abstract:
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of marketing
communications on sales volume. PT Eastern Pearl Flour Mils Makassar City.
This research is a quantitative research, the sample of this study uses a saturated
sample, which is as many as 26 employees. The data analysis method used in this
research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that marketing
communication has a significant effect jointly between the independent variables,
namely personal selling (X1), Sales promotion (X2) Direct marketing (X3) on the
dependent variable, namely sales volume (Y). The personal selling variable, direct
marketing has a large / dominant influence from sales promotion on sales volume.
