Abstract

his research was conducted in December 2015 until January 2016 in Bulukumba district. Given one district that is famous for boat building phinisi in South Sulawesi and not just in Indonesian alone, Bulukumba district has also been known continent of Asia and Europe in the manufacture of boats Phinisi. In the current era of globalization Phinisi as ships carrying goods have been changed into commercial and luxury yacht expedition financed by local and foreign investors, with a luxurious interior and are equipped with modern equipment. Increased employee motivation and employee performance is played to advance the work of each in every field. To increase the motivation of workers required strategy and planning for the performance of the previous work is not disrupted by the changes or plan to be implemented. The method used is a survey method, namely observation and the use of quantitative and qualitative analysis. In a test of hipostesi research used multivariate methods while data procces using descriptive methods. The results showed that (1) seen from the sales to see the target to be achieved by the company is 40% while the target is achieved, namely 45% of the proceeds.
