Abstract:
The research objective was to determine and analyze how the influence of
human resource competence on employee performance and to find out and
analyze which variable has the most dominant influence on employee
performance at the Office of Social Affairs of Sulawesi Province. The method used
is descriptive qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis of multiple linear
regression.
The results showed that the knowledge / knowledge variable had a positive
and significant effect of 35.9%, meaning that employees understood all work rules
related to a better job, the skill / skill variable had a positive and significant effect
of 2.5% meaning that employees understood all work rules related to a better job,
the attitude variable has a positive and significant influence of 4.5% meaning that
employees understand all work rules related to a better job, and of the three
variables knowledge / knowledge, skills / skills, and The dominant attitude
variable used in determining the effect of human resource competence on
employee performance at the Social Service Office of South Sulawesi Province is
the knowledge / knowledge variable, while the skill / skill variable contributes the
least.
