stress and employee performance. The Perkasa group was guided by Drs. Palipada
Palisuri, SE., M.SI and Dr. Sri Suriani, SE., MSI.
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work stress on employee
performance at Perkasa Group and to find out how much workload moderate work stress
on employee performance at Perkasa Group.
The object of this research is to use the solvin technique. The number of employees
sampled in this study were 66 employees.
The data used is primary data in the form of a questionnaire distributed to
employees. The data analysis method used in this study is moderated regression analysis
(MRA). The results showed that work stress had no effect on employee performance and
workload moderated the relationship between work stress and employee performance
