Analysis of Human Resources Competence to
Employee Performance Airport Resque and Fire Fighting at Sultan Hasanuddin
Airport Makassar was guided by H. Muh. Idris, SE., M.Si, and Dr. Seri Suriani,
SE., M.Si
The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of soft competence to
employee performance; the effect of hard competence to employee performance;
the effect of soft competence and hard competence to employee performance
simultaneously.
Data in this research was obtained from the questionnaire (primary) by
taking the respondents as many 89 employee ARFF PT Angkasa Pura I (Persero)
Sultan Hasanuddin International Airport Makassar. Data analysis used in this
research were descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis.
The results of this study indicate that soft competence has a positive and
significant effect to employee performance; hard competence has a positive and
significant effect to employee performance; soft competence and hard competence
have a positive and significant effect to employee performance simultaneously.
