Abstract:
This study aims to determine the individual factors and organizational factors that
significantly affect the performance of employees of PT. Telesindo Shop Makassar
Branch; And know the most significant factors affect the performance of employees of PT.
Telesindo Shop Makassar Branch.
The sample uses purposive sampling method by directly selecting all employees as much
as 69 people. Data collection methods used were questionnaires, interviews, and
documentation. Data were analyzed by multiple linear regression, correlation coefficient
and coefficient of determination. With the help of SPSS 16.0 for windows software.
The results showed that partial correlation coefficient analysis between individual stress
on employee performance was (r) = 0,202 and partial correlation coefficient analysis
between organizational stress on employee performance was (r) = 0,607, coefficient of
determination (r) = 0,381 and partial test result T test) between individual stress variable
with employee performance variable show t calculate value 1,195 <1,667 with real level
0,05, hence this mean that individual stress have negative effect and not significant to
employee performance so hypothesis rejected. While the result of partial test (t test)
between organizational stress variable with employee performance variable show t value
equal to 6,027> 1,667 with real level of 0,05, hence this mean that individual stress
influence positi and signifikan to employee performance so hypothesis accepted.
