Abstract:
Djuharmin. 2017. Skripsi. This research is guided by Dr. H. A. Arifuddin Manne
SE.,M.Si.,SH.,MH and Dr. Muhlis Ruslan SE.,M.Si Leadership behavior in the company
is important in an era of modern organization that requires the transformation in the
implementation of work and leadership of the company. A possible result of poor
leadership behavior is the decline in employee performance that will have an impact on
the company's total performance decline.
This study aims to determine the effect of leadership behavior on employee performance
at the Pesona Hotel Syariah Makassar. The sample used in this research is 42 people,
To apply the objective hence used technique of simple linear regression analysis and
correlation analysis with the aid of computerized system (Computer Program SPSS
version 20) using coefficient of determination (R2).
The results obtained from this study are Leadership Behavior has a positive effect on
employee performance. This positive influence indicates a direct influence between
leadership behavior and employee performance, or in other words with good leadership
behavior hence high employee performance. Leadership behavior has a significant effect
on employee performance. This significant influence shows that leadership behavior has
a significant effect on employee performance.
